The Returns Process
- To return any items you must contact us first to organise your return.
- Items sent back without authorisation may not be eligible to refund or replacement.
- A member of our support team may contact you to see if an issue can be resolved without the need of a return.
- Please provide us your order number, item codes and reason for return.
- Once we have authorised your return, we will contact you regarding collection or how to send the item back to us
- Once we receive and process your return you will receive notification about your refund or replacements
