Shipping
- We can ship to any address in the United Kingdom & Ireland.
- When your order is placed we will aim to ship most orders within 24 hours.
- Non-Warehouse stock items will be shipped as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse.
- These items are marketed as "Dispatch in 24-48 hours" and "Dispatch in 5-7 Days"
- We currently Ship all parcels using FedEx UK.
- Timed delivery slots are for warehouse stock items only, we cannot guarantee timed delivery slots for non warehouse stock items i.e. delivered in 48 hours / 7 days are not recommend.

- We offer free shipping on most orders over £65, we cannot offer free shipping on a limited number of items and locations that require specialized shipping and handling, these items will not have free shipping available to them: Modular Vices

Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error We'll also pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The four week time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Before returning an item, you must complete the returns request you will need your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We cannot Authorize certain returns for the following reasons:
- Delivery date is over 30 days
- The item has been used or is marked
- The item is not in its original packaging
Refunds will be allied against the original form of payment. If an invoice has been raised on credit account, a matching credit note will also be raised.
